ATLASSupply Chain Intelligent Assistant (SCIA)
Ask your supply chain anything. Approve what it suggests.
ATLAS is an agentic AI platform that brings ERP, WMS, TMS and MES data together with your spreadsheets in one chat you can question. Built on an SAP sandbox, it runs prompt-driven workflows, automates routine work inside guardrails with a human in the loop, and sends alerts you define in plain language. No forms, no dashboards.
- Connects to

Your supply chain data lives in five places. Your questions shouldn't have to.
Planners and managers spend hours moving between ERP screens, warehouse reports, transport portals, production logs and spreadsheets to answer simple questions. By the time the answer has been pieced together in Excel, the situation has changed.
ATLAS connects to those systems and builds one model of your supply chain: materials, stock, orders, shipments, production and suppliers. You ask in plain language. A team of AI agents works out which systems to query, combines the results, explains the answer and, when you ask, drafts the action for you to approve.
What changes with ATLAS

- Copy-paste workPrompt-driven workflows that draft the next step

How ATLAS works
ATLAS follows the same loop for every request: connect, unify, reason, then act only with approval.
Connect
Connectors read from your ERP (built and tested on an SAP sandbox), WMS, TMS, MES and spreadsheets, with read-only access by default.
Unify
A semantic layer maps everything to shared business entities: SKUs, plants, warehouses, purchase and sales orders, shipments and work orders.
Ask
A planning agent breaks your question into steps, data agents query each system, and an analyst agent combines and explains the result.
Act with approval
For tasks like transfers, PO follow-ups or reschedules, ATLAS drafts the action and waits for an authorised person to approve it.
Watch
Alerts you write in plain language run on a schedule and notify you the moment a condition is met.
Features
Everything you need to question, automate and monitor your supply chain from one place.
One view across systems
ERP, WMS, TMS, MES and spreadsheet data answered together, on shared definitions.
Natural-language queries
Ask about stock, orders, shipments, production or suppliers in plain language.
Prompt-driven workflows
Describe a routine task once, like a weekly delay review, and run it on request or on a schedule.
Guard-railed automation
Actions run only within the permissions, limits and policies you define.
Human in the loop
Every change to business data is drafted for approval, with the reasoning and data shown.
Prompt-based alerts
Write an alert as a sentence and get notified when it is triggered.
Spreadsheet-friendly
Bring Excel and CSV files in alongside system data, and get results back as tables.
Explainable answers
Each answer lists the systems and records it used, so anyone can check the working.
Audit trail
Every question, action, approval and alert is logged with who did what, and when.
Ask ATLAS what you'd ask your planning team
No forms and no report builders. These are the kinds of requests ATLAS is designed to handle.
- You
Which SKUs will stock out at the Lucknow DC in the next 10 days?
answerCombines stock, open POs, inbound loads and demand into a ranked risk list. - You
Show open purchase orders delayed by more than 3 days, grouped by supplier.
queryPulls open POs from the ERP and groups the late ones by supplier and value. - You
Why did on-time delivery drop in September?
explainBreaks the drop down by lane, carrier, warehouse and week. - You
Draft a stock transfer of 400 units of SKU-1182 from Kanpur to Lucknow.
actionPrepares the transfer and sends it to an approver before anything changes. - You
Every Monday, send me suppliers whose fill rate is falling.
workflowRuns the same analysis weekly and delivers a short summary. - You
Alert me when the MES reports more than 30 minutes of downtime on Line 2.
alertCreates a scheduled check on production data for that line.
Automation you can trust with real data
ATLAS is designed so that AI can help run the supply chain without anyone losing control of it.
Read-only by default
Connectors start with read access. Write access is granted per action type, only when you choose.
Role-based permissions
People see and act only on the data their role allows, in ATLAS as in your source systems.
Approval thresholds
Set limits by value, quantity or action type. Anything above them always needs a person.
Show the working
Answers and proposed actions show the queries, records and assumptions behind them.
Full audit trail
Questions, drafts, approvals and executed actions are all logged for review.
Policy checks
Proposed actions are checked against business rules, like minimum stock or approved suppliers, before they reach you.
Technical specifications
ATLAS is software that sits on top of the systems you already run. We confirm connectors and deployment for your environment during scoping.

Questions about ATLAS
Can't find your answer here? Ask us directly.
Does ATLAS replace our ERP or dashboards?
No. ATLAS sits on top of your existing systems and reads from them. It removes the need to build a new report or dashboard for every question.
Which systems does it work with?
ATLAS has been built and tested on an SAP sandbox and works with WMS, TMS and MES data and with Excel and CSV files. We confirm connectors for your specific systems during scoping.
Can ATLAS change data in our systems?
Only if you allow it. Connectors are read-only by default. When write access is enabled for an action type, every change is drafted for a person to approve and is logged.
How are alerts set up?
You write the condition in plain language, such as “tell me when raw material cover at Plant 2 drops below five days”. ATLAS turns it into a scheduled check and notifies you when it is met.
How do we know an answer is right?
Each answer shows which systems and records were used and how the result was calculated, so it can be checked.
Start with one question your team asks every week.
Tell us which systems you run, and we'll show you ATLAS answering it.
